This cozy 2-room apartment with bicycles for 2 - 3 people is the perfect accommodation for those who want to spend an exciting cycling holiday in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen. Facilities The approx. 49 square meter apartment with combined living and kitchen area is accessible to senior citizens thanks to an elevator. The comfortably furnished living room leads directly to the furnished balcony in north-west orientation. Enjoy your meals together in the inviting, kitchen-owned dining area. Furthermore, a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and a modern shower room with toilet nothing miss the desired holiday comfort. Special Features You do not have to do without your beloved four-legged friends on holiday at the Baltic Sea. The "Villa am Park" WE 5 welcomes up to 2 pets (each plus 10 € / night). Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no responsibility for the provided bicycles. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for renting replacement bicycles can take over if the bikes are broken, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The bikes are offered as a bonus with and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person ����� 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. der Aufenthalt war sehr gut ,auch das Wetter ,man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen ,die Wohnung ist sehr schön.
