Sehr schöne neue Wohnung im zweiten Stock, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen mit Blick in die Natur und Nähe zum Strand. Der Balkon bietet trotz der sonnigen Ausrichtung auch Schatten. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind direkt erreichbar. Besonders schön finden wir, dass in Boltenhagen direkt vor dem Strandbereich ein Gebiet mit Baumbestand liegt, in dem man verschiedene Wege zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad nutzen kann. Es gibt kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants mit schönen Außenbereichen und Veranstaltungen an der Uferpromenade und im Konzertpavillon.
