"We had a two night stay here in May. Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were superb especially Lucy who seemed to be there every second of every day looking after us checking in, out, breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and the beds were big snd very comfortable. Excellent location in a lovejy area with shops a 2 minute walk away and the station 5 mins away to get into central Manchester. Overall a really nice stay in a nice clean hotel."

"One night's stay at the Partridge for a wedding taking place nearby. Room was very spacious - and the bathroom even more so! Very comfortable bed. We asked to check out late the next day and was initially given an extra hour, but then weren't able to accommodate - so staff offered us free coffee in the dining area whilst we waited, which was a lovely gesture. We had dinner and breakfast here, which was excellent and portion sizes were generous."

"A nice stay but could have been excellent with a bit more attention to detail. Could have done with a vacuum. Shower gel hasn’t been replenished and pillows weren’t great (not much to them). Great location for bars, restaurants and shops. Easy online check in with key codes entry (can’t generally get in early as it’s unmanned and doors don’t release until 3pm) - guy cleaning did let us in at 2:30pm though which was kind and appreciated. Parking is a pain (not owners fault) car park next door...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Calf’s Head, Clitheroe. We attended a wedding at a venue not far from here, so it was a great location for us. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the downstairs bar/dining was an asset to our stay. We both enjoyed a lovely full English the morning after with the option of fruit, cereals and yoghurts. "Really friendly at reception, room was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Parking next door at the NCP car park was very secure, 1 minute walk away, £22 for 24 hours paid via the app which isn’t too bad for a city and the convenience. Only negative is the room layout meant you couldn’t watch TV from the bed as it was in a separate living area and hard to see from the sofa due to size and distance (we stayed in a studio). Great hotel for location and everything else though."

"This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."
