Our room was so nice that I thought we got taken to the wrong one, but it was the one I had paid for: a two-floor duplex better than some apartments I've lived in. Several patios with amazing views, a private sauna, two beds, two baths. Perfect location in the cutest part of Bolzano, 10/10 would recommend.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location to see the area. Bolzano was great with several shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to Lake Carezza and Seceda which allowed us to see a lot on our short stay. Amazing breakfast with a variety of local tastings, a self service beverage bar. Incredibly accommodating staff and a truly a relaxing retreat. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this hotel. First class atmosphere and rooms with a fantastic breakfast and an incredibly helpful staff. We took advantage of the cable car access provided by the hotel and the hotel bikes. This place is a gem and we would definitely stay here again if we travel to Bolzano.

We loved the location of this hotel right in the middle of Bolzano A lovely fresh breakfast Helpful friendly staff Well appointed room in all an excellent stay If we return to Bolzano we would definitely stay here again A small negative the room and bathroom were quite dark a little extra light would be useful but overall we couldn’t fault it ❤️

Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. We visited Bolzano and the Dolomites for our honeymoon in late May and the Eisenhut was the perfect base for our days of hiking and exploring. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very kind and they have thought of everything. Check in was smooth and although we arrived early they sent us to a recommended restaurant, took our bags, and made sure our bags were in our room after our meal. The included breakfast and Bozen transportation pass were fantastic as well. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Overall a 10/10 experience. Felt very luxurious and very worth our money.

The hotel was very beautiful and so very well maintained. The staff are excellent and the breakfasts were a delight. Will definitely go back. The location worked well for as we were there for the Olympics and used the train daily to get to the venues. Plus the proximity to restaurants, walks through town and shopping made for a grand experience
