L’appartamento è grande, bello e molto pulito…in pieno centro storico. Adatto a chi si ferma più giorni, più che a chi fa solo una notte. Uniche pecche: park abbastanza lontano dalla struttura, asciugamani molto piccoli da usare dopo la doccia e non è possibile oscurare le finestre…solo tende molto leggere, eravamo svegli all’alba.

Camera enorme in pieno centro. Tutto perfetto, peccato un po’ di rumore in strada delle persone che parlano ad alta voce nell’area pedonale.

Appartamento decisamente diverso rispetto alle foto. Tutto molto vecchio e lasciato a se stesso. Ambiente freddo (è fine dicembre ed il riscaldamento è al minimo. Si gela!). Il personale, però, è molto gentile e disponibile!

Nice and charming overall

Very nice and large place overall, with charming details such as high ceilings with wooden beams, wooden floors and a piano. Great location also. They could have taken better care of some things, such as the curtains that were partially falling down, lack of silver ware and washing machine with missing door.

Wir reisten sehr spät am Abend an. Der Schlüssel war hinterlegt, allerdings war das Quartier nicht im gleichen Haus, sondern am anderen Ende der Altstadt. Auf dem Umschlag stand zudem eine falsche Adresse, so dass wir mit drei kleinen Kindern um halb zwölf nachts eine Stunde lang nach der Wohnung suchen mussten! Eine Katastrophe. Wohnung sehr Basic und schmuddelig. Flecken aus den Handtüchern und den Bettpolstern. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit der tatsächlich Wohnung und sind irreführend. Es ist auch nicht, wie beschrieben, ein Café/Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.

Bolzano da tornare.

Tappa di un breve tour in Alto Adige la bellissima città di Bolzano ci ha accolti splendidamente; comodissimo park sotto la piazza principale e albergo a 200 m. Posizione del residence eccezionale con intorno sia attrattive storiche ( duomo, palazzi, chiese etc. ) che mondane ( negozi, bar, ristoranti etc. )

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft nicht zufrieden. Wir haben ein völlig anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches wir nicht gebucht haben. Leider war die Einrichtung veraltet. Bettlacken hatten Löcher. Couch war durchgesessen, dreckig und war verfärbt. Lampen in der Küche und Wohnzimmer waren teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig. Zudem war die Unterkunft nicht direkt an der Adresse, wo die Rezeption ist. Schade....

La struttura è situata in pieno centro. La nostra soluzione era un monolocale con bagno e cucina nuovi. La signorina alla reception molto gentile. La reception non è sempre aperta, quindi se dovete depositare i bagagli occorre concordare le modalità.

La struttura si trova al centro della città, ottima posizione, vicino a tutti i servizi(1 min dalla farmacia, 20 dalla stazione e autostazione, ristoranti e bar vicinissimi) sfortunamente questa posizione implica anche che per poter parcheggiare si devono utilizzare parcheggi a pagamento. La stanza conteneva il necessario(lenzuola, asciugamani, carta igienica, spugne e sapone per piatti, stoviglie, frigo), tranne qualcosa per poter spazzare il pavimento, cosa molto utile se si soggiorna per una settimana. Le pulizie vengono fatte, forse un po' superficialmente poiché sistemando la stanza abbiamo trovato un calzetto non nostro sotto l'armadio insieme ad un pezzo di plastilina rosso ben visibile. Bagno pulito. Animali ammessi senza dover pagare un supplemento.

Alles ok... Wir waren in Appartement 5 alles sauber, etwas alte und in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Aber für ein kurz Trip super. Da die Lahe direkt in der Innenstadt ist und man Fußläufig alles erreichen kann.

Innanzitutto  non c’è stata puntualità nel check-in: era previsto alle 15, ma quando (dopo aver avvertito del nostro arrivo direttamente nell’ufficio della reception due ore prima) ci siamo presentati a quell’ora, l’addetto si è messo al computer senza dirci niente e facendoci aspettare un sacco di tempo. Quando finalmente ci ha dato le chiavi, ci ha comunicato a sorpresa che, diversamente da quanto previsto nelle condizioni contrattuali, saremmo stati alloggiati in una struttura diversa dal residence fink. Arrivati all’indirizzo indicato saliamo in ascensore al buio totale, in contrasto con la normativa di sicurezza (ex multis, norme EN 81-20 e 81-50).Entrati in appartamento, ogni cosa che tocchiamo la troviamo rotta: per prima cosa andiamo in bagno a lavarci le mani e troviamo il lavandino inutilizzabile: essendo rotta la leva che consente di alzare e abbassare il tappo, se si apre l’acqua non c’è modo di farla andare giù. Quanto al wc, il copriasse si trovava totalmente scardinato, per cui se mai uno avesse avuto bisogno di fare la pipì sarebbe scivolato per terra, come, a momenti, è capitato a noi.. Cerchiamo quindi di contattare la reception: nonostante fosse orario di apertura, non riceviamo alcuna risposta alle ripetute telefonate.Proviamo a mandare una e-mail: nessuna risposta neppure alla e-mail.Proviamo quindi a contattare il ristorante che condivide il nome con il nostro “residence”, e solo dopo ciò riusciamo a entrare in contatto con l’addetto che ci aveva “accol

La camera arredata con sufficienza ma disponeva dei comfort essenziali; il materasso datato offriva un comfort sufficiente; la linea Wi-Fi lentissima. Peccato non avere ricevuto risposta circa la colazione come supplemento in quanto la struttura è un servizio di ristoro al piano terra. Nota molto positiva la nostra accoglienza con la ragazza bionda alla reception.

Ottima posizione, sufficiente il resto

Per questo residence do il punteggio massimo per l'ubicazione, vicinissimo a p.zza Walther e al mercatino e a 10 minuti scarsi a piedi dalla stazione. Posizionato inoltre in una via pedonale l'appartamento era pulito e spazioso. Passando a ciò che non va direi che i materassi seppur grandi non sono affatto comodi, in bagno non c'è nemmeno un dispenser con il sapone per lavare le mani, unica dotazione sono delle bustine omaggio di doccia schiuma. Inoltre il soffione della doccia era rotto e perdeva acqua ovunque e l'ascensore non permetteva di salire dal piano strada ma solo dal primo piano rialzato.
