The best, terrific accommodation.

Verena's place is superb, the apartment has all of the latest accommodations, nothing was left to chance, everything has its place, the cleanliness of her apartment is incomparable. We traveled with a car, SUV type and considering Italy her garage was perfect for it. We are planning our next year trip with Varena's place in mind. Couldn't ask for more. Jose and Miriam C.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in bester Lage

Es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Eine herzliche Begrüßung, liebevoll eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage abseits der Touristen, aber in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus in der Altstadt bzw. Fußläufig 20/25 Minuten.

Top Wohnung mit super Ausstattung in sehr guter Lage!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in Bozen und sind rundum sehr zufrieden. In der geräumigen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Mit einem Wort: PERFEKT Lage: Die Wohnung liegt im Bozener Ortsteil Gries - Quirein im 3. Stock eines neuen Hauses. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet und steht in einer Sackgasse. Die Lage ist dementsprechend ruhig aber dennoch sehr zentral. Im direkten Umfeld (Fußweg 2-5 Minuten) befinden sich Bushaltestelle, Apotheke, Bio-Bäcker, Cafes, Restaurant, Bar und Supermarkt. Die Bozener Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Bus benötigt ebenfalls ca. 5 Minuten. Mit dem Auto sollte die Tour in die Altstadt auf keinen Fall angetreten werden, es gibt zu wenige Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Radwege sind dagegen gut ausgebaut. Ausstattung Haus: Eine verschließbare Garage befindet sich im Untergeschoss, ein Aufzug erleichtert den Zugang, der Zugang zu Haus und Wohnung ist barrierefrei. Das Haus ist gedämmt und mit 3-Fach Verglasung ausgestattet. Ausstattung Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist neu und die Einrichtung modern. Sie bietet viel Platz und verfügt über eine Klimatisierung / Lüftungsanlage und ist selbst bei großer Sommerhitze immer angenehm temperiert. Die Küche verfügt über eine komplette Ausstattung mit Ceran-Herd und Backofen, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kochgeschirr usw. wir haben regelmäßig gekocht und nichts vermisst. Auch Gewürze, Balsamico und Olivenöl waren vorhanden. Ebenso Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht in die Wohnung, der Balkon ist nach Osten hin ausgerichtet und bietet Morgensonne, ideal zum frühstücken. Abends kann man hier ebenfalls gut sitzen und den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Vom Balkon hat man eine gute Sicht auf den Kohlern und den Glaning. Das große Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem und die Schränke bieten Platz. Anreise: Die Anreise mit dem Auto gestaltet sich einfach, das Haus ist gut zu finden. Kontakt: Der Kontakt mit der Vermiterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich, wir fühlten uns gut betreut und hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Bei unsereer Ankunft erhielten wir eine umfassende Einweisung in Haus und Wohnung sowie mögliche Ausflugsziele und die Entfernungen zu Geschäften und Altstadt sowie den Möglichkeiten des ÖPNV. Das Auschecken verlief ebenso problemlos. Herzlichen Dank!

Schöne Tage in Bozen

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche bei Verena zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist ca. 1 Jahr alt und enspricht der Beschreibung. Haus und Wohnung sind in einem neuwertigen modernen Zustand und es gibt einige Highlights die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Die Wohnung besitzt eine Klimaanlage und elektrische Jalousien was bei warmen Wetter(40 Grad) sehr angenehm ist. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr von Vorteil da parken nicht so einfach ist. Desweiteren ist die Wohnung geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig mit allem ausgestattet was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Von der Waschmaschine über die komplett eingerichtete Küche ist alles vorhanden. Verena erkundigte sich zwischendurch ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wer eine unbeschwerte Zeit in Bozen verbringen möchte dem kann ich diese neue sehr saubere Wohnung nur ans Herz legen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt alles was man braucht. Bis in die Altstadt sind es rund 15 Minuten zu Fuß und sind natürlich einen Abstecher wert. Wir können Verenas Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!!!

Super-Urlaub in Bozen-Gries

Die Wohnung entspricht genau dem Inserat. Sie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Grieser Platzes. Dort gibt es gute Restaurants (Sonntags Ruhetag) und Cafes. Eine Busverbindung zur Altstadt (ca. 1,3 km) ist in 200 m Entfernung. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Verena ist eine sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung war, hat sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Sehr angenehm ist auch der Tiefgaragenplatz mit abgeschlossener Garage. Für uns war die Wohnung auch von der Lage einfach perfekt. Nochmals vielen Dank und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung, tolle Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es mangelt an nichts, großer sonniger Balkon, Tiefgarage, sogar ein Fahrrad zur Nutzung. Gute Lage, sehr schönes Viertel mit allen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen oder direkt auf den Berg hinterm Haus. Mit Bus oder Auto ist auch alles gut zu erreichen. Sehr hilfsbereite und nette Vermieterin. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Wohnung und in der schönen Stadt Bozen.

L'appartamento è magnifico! Moderno,pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli...c è tutto quello che serve,non manca proprio nulla! L'host è stata davvero cordiale,gentile, è venuta incontro alle nostre richiesta ed era disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio o dubbio. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene e se un giorno dovessimo tornare a bolzano saremmo ben lieti di ricontattare la signora Verena!
