The location can’t be beat, we were able to walk to everything! The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the wood floors are very creaky and make noise when walking-Try to get a room on the highest floor.

Location was very close to the train station and walking in the Neighbourhood in the evening was nice. Fabulous breakfast with wonderful seating inside and out and always great to have a physical newspaper to read. I would stay here again

Room was nice with a comfortable bed. Great location. Good breakfast UNLESS you have a dairy allergy. Then there is very few things you can eat for breakfast, and no bread is dairy-free.

Vincenzo and the other front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff, were excellent! We had a wonderful time in Bolzano and the Stadt hotel Citta made it a memorable stay. We enjoyed having cocktails every evening on the square. We would highly recommend this hotel!
