The receptionist charged me 900 dominican pesos =$16 us dollars. I told them I reserved room with fridge and microwave, they told me to to get such a room I have to pay more. I told them before I booked the room, I clicked on details of the room on Expedia.com that anyone can verify: just click on the details and it will show fridge and microwave included in the room. Finally since I wanted to have a room with microwave and fridge I had to pay 900 dominican pesos more .

I expected more from this hotel. I was with my family and was given a room close to loud music. When the music did go off the yelling in the hallway started. We stayed only one one night (Thur to Fri)

De gustarme absolutamente nada. Habitaciones sin ventanas, cuatro paredes. Música de 14h-22, a todo volumen. Cuando acaba la música en recepción ( que está al lado de las habitaciones), la recepcionista, siguiendo alguna fotonovela que un volumen inaceptable. En definitiva, quién busque un hotel para relajarse y tranquilidad, que se olvide de de este hotel Una pesadilla

El señor que nos recibe es atento, pero yo reservé y pague una habitación doble confort, y se me brindo la mas pequeña eh incomoda, porque supuestamente no veian la reserva,,, pero el hotel en si, es bonito y tiene hermosas habitaciones, lamento que me dieran la peor, pero también se me hizo reembolso.
