"Excelente alojamiento, todo muy limpio y bastante nuevo pese a ser una casa asturiana tradicional. El proceso de entrada fácil y la comunicación fluida desde el momento del pago del depósito. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, se puede ir andando a dos playas preciosas y bastante tranquilas. El pueblo está rodeado de naturaleza pero se puede ir a Llanes fácilmente andando dando un paseo largo."

"A beautiful old farmhouse with modern furnishings and comfortable beds - everything as described. The village is very small, but has bars, restaurants and a small supermarket within 15 minutes walking distance. The few inhabitants in the village are friendly and open to tourists. The landlord is easily accessible if needed. Everything was as described, the landlord very helpful, a very nice and relaxed stay."

"Vary nice stay."

"The location within a sanctuary is extraordinary BUT the 2 bar/ restaurants close about 6 and there’s only the hotel bar/restaurant. So if you want a bit of an evening out you must drive. Also, you can park very early or late but literally thousands of people come during the day so returning to the hotel with a car is impossible. We visited in August, so may be different other times of the year. Hotel is beautiful and the sanctuary with the Basilica and grotto very atmospheric- We wouldn’t stay there again."

"We spent a few nights in Leon in August 2026 for the solar eclipse. We stayed in a family room with a king bed and a bunk bed for the kids. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom (just ventilation for the HVAC system), so the bathroom got pretty humid when anyone showered, and the floor got slippery. The location was very convenient, just around the corner from a beautiful plaza and Casa Botines."

"The Picos de Europa Suites and Rooms are a few minutes drive from Potes. Our suite was spacious and comfortable although the hot weather meant that we didn’t feel like using the whirlpool bath. We didn’t take the breakfast option but drove into Potes. Laura gave us a list of restaurant recommendations and the two which we used were very good. She also gave us ideas for places to go sightseeing and hiking. She and her colleague were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice garden to sit and enjoy the fantastic scenery."

"Very peaceful sanctuary with incredibly attentive and helpful staff. The evening dinner while expensive was absolutely amazing! For us it was “WOW” food and plentiful. Actually the two of us could have shared one meal and walked away full! We ate breakfast there all 3 days and don’t regret it. Very convenient and fresh, locally sourced food."
