"Property is in need of a little TLC. Bathroom tiles cracked and dirty. Oven knobs missing, door wobbly and pictures to show which ring etc rubbed off, pot lid handles cracked, glass light shades cracked/broken. Many walls have been filled with filler but not painted. However this did not take away from our break with family. "

"Arrived to find that they had finished serving food (disappointing but understandable as I arrived at about 9pm) The bar was not open however which was quite disappointing. Upon arrival I was asked what time I would like breakfast, however breakfast was not available at 7am as I had said (and been told was okay) nor was it available at 7:30 when breakfast was advertised to start at. There were no staff present to query on this. As i had to be away to get to work on time I had to leave without breakfast which I had paid for and had to make do buying snacks from the petrol station down the road. The availability of breakfast and the bar were the main reasons for booking this hotel which was more expensive than my other options. In hindsight I should have taken my custom elsewhere."

"Fantastic property, perfect for a large family group. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. Nice large kitchen with plenty of storage and a large fridge/freezer. The hot tub was brilliant, and very popular! It was regularly (but unobtrusively) checked for water quality too, which was reassuring. Good location, nice pub nearby, village shop 5 minutes away, golf course and good walk down to the water over the road. Also only a short drive to Oban. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay (firepit ran out of gas and we accidentally set the fire alarm off and couldn't re-set it) - both of these were dealt with exceptionally quickly by the host, they couldn't have been more helpful. We loved our 5 days here, and I would definitely recommend the property."

"The pod was small but comfortable. It was a little crowded with our luggage and it would have been nice to be able to push our luggage under the bed when not in use. The host provided a french press and coffee and sugar. No salt and pepper or cooking oils were provided if you are planning on cooking any meals. The curtains over the door/windows are quite sheer and allow a lot of light in, so we weren't able to sleep in as long as we wanted. However, the view and location were really lovely. It was an easy drive to Oban for dinner in the evening. It was really easy to access the place and parking was private and close by. The ramp made it easy to get heavy luggage to the front door. "
