"The hotel had on-going work done but despite that the owner arranged for us to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant and we did not suffer from work related noise. The location is perfect, just on the edge of the historical centre. Parking is in the street."

"The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant. "

"The location is perfect close to the historic area and you can find a lot of restaurants and cafe . You need to try their restaurantes : Scante and the cucina Di Mama Elvira very good food and service. Breakfast are excellents and the hostess very nice . Big apartment."

"Small, quiet in a small piazza. Gabriela was very cordial and helpful. Lovely. Easy 15 minute walk from the train. The only thing is there are lots of stairs."

"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."

Francesco was a fabulous host, delivered local pastries for our first breakfast and came back to visit us to check we were happy. "Beautiful room but had lots of light bulbs burned out in the smaller of the 2 rooms we rented. It Sits right on the square and right above a cafe so it is very noisy at night. Beds are very hard. Very convenient to dining options. "
