"Room was super clean and the AC worked beautifully. The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the motion sensing bathroom light that would turn on if you needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The elevator down button on our floor (14th) was not working so we had to take the stairs down a floor to access the elevators. Otherwise, we would stay here again, access to the trains was extremely convenient."

"It was a clean place to stay in a very walkable area. Not fancy but just what we needed."

"We stayed for 3 nights, and after the 2nd night, the cleaning staff failed to clean our room, despite our having remined the front desk when we were going out in the early afternoon that we wanted cleaning service. They said they would call cleaning right away. This happened the last time we stayed here in January. Cleaning staff never cleaned our room despite my stopping by one of the staff on my way our for the day and letting them know I would be out of the room for about 5 hours."
