"Truly a beautiful and old world look agriturismo. Felt like we were in an antique villa. Large room and excellent service. The owner is very nice and professional. Breakfast is home made, fresh, abundant and soooo good!!! 5 stars hotel except this little village outside of Bologna is nothing special. But the agriturismo is great and with great ambiance if you want to stay outside Bologna and take field trips from this location. Same hotel in Tuscany would be double the price."

Hotel and rooms a little quirky in a good way - only downside is lack of air conditioning when 25C (80F) at night. Easy walk or cycle into town. Secure location to leave cars while exploring city. "Staying at Corte Stellata was wonderful. Emanuela, Gabrielle and Sophia were welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and restful. It’s close proximity to Ferrara made it easy to see the historical highlights there, while it’s location in a rural village lent an authentic feel to our visit. Walking on the rural roads and dike along the Po was safe and easy. A lovely retreat!"
