"A good house in an excellent position, close to cafes and a well stocked IGA, a short walk to Bondi Beach, and comfortable beds.James was easy to contact, and responded quickly, when we mentioned that the gate needed urgent attention to get fixed, as it had broken off from the hinges.We were disappointed that the fireplace shown as lit in the photos, was actually only ornamental.The large dustbins were full and hadn’t been emptied, prior to our arrival, and were very heavy to manipulate out onto the road, for my husband who is elderly . James did thank my husband for putting them out.We really enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook."
