"Eran las 11:30pm y nos dispusimos a buscar un hotel donde pasar la noche, usamos expedía y encontramos disponibilidad en este lugar, quedamos a media hora de camino, al llegar, estaba todo cerrado, apagado, llamamos por teléfono, tocamos el timbre, finalmente decidimos irnos a buscar otro hotel, perdimos el dinero, y la reclamación con expedía provocó que me cancelaran erróneamente otra reserva que teníamos, hasta hoy más de 20 días aún estamos esperando resolución para ambos casos. "Hotel Opera is a gem Hidden in the tiny streets of old Verona. Everything from check-in went perfect. The stuff especially Valentina were very attentive and caring. "The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."
