It is very close to waterfront, shopping area and walking distance to other beaches eg Kings, Moffat, Shelly, Golden (if you like a nice stroll). Kitchen has basic equipment, enough for a few days, with bar fridge, microwave, hot plates and oven. No instructions or information book provided, so needed to use prior knowledge to work out the hot plates/oven/grill only worked if stove timer was on! Bed was comfortable but only made up with...

"We spend a week and enjoyed the views and breeze from the 2nd floor apartment. Located close to everything. Relaxing week was had. "

"The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons. "

"Good room with a great ocean view, We had a one bedroom apartment which was fairly small but really had everything you could want. The kitchen sink had not been cleaned properly and was greasy with some food scraps still there. However the location is in the centre of Caloundra and easy walking to shops and restaurants. It's an older property but but well maintained and after four nights we would certainly stay again."

"Beautiful part of the world. Very private & super quiet, but still close enough to different things to do (e.g. Australia Zoo, Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World, drives through lovely countryside)...assuming you have a car."

"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."
