"Room was spacious and clean. We were on the third floor and it was quiet. LED bulbs in the lamps were not bright enough, you could not read by them. They look to be 40 watt equivalent. Pool is nice, people were friendly. Breakfast was basic, but good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, etc."

"The cabin was perfectly situated between Lake Bonham and Bois D Arc. We operate a cabin business as in SE Oklahoma and Mandy has done a fantastic job and communication was excellent. Kitchen was adequately supplied and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. We had trouble with the WIFI lock on the front door but Mandy promptly responded. The driveway was very wet the newly placed rock and we had to back in off of the highway, but Im sure this will be correctly. Keep up the good work Mandy. We will return. "

"We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location."
