    SanDiegoPoolHome proudly presents this beautifully renovated one-story home 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego! This home features an amazing saltwater pool with a beautiful rock slide, waterfall, and an in-ground hot tub! The newly-built outdoor entertainment area features a full cooking area complete with grill, outdoor fridge, fire pit with chairs, and a large outdoor TV. The outdoor area also features a mini golf course, cornhole boards, hammock chairs, and a picnic table for outdoor eating.



    The Space:

    The pool can be heated for an additional $150/day with a 3 day minimum, but the spa is included in your stay.



    The interior of the home features 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, and comfortably house up to 12 guests! Three of the bedrooms contain queen-size beds and a fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, while the last bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and a pool table! There is a washer and dryer located off one of the guest bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a fireplace and a TV! The kitchen has all the basic appliances you’ll need, including stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and dishwasher, and a dining table right next to the kitchen for meals. The living room features a sectional sofa gathered around a wall-mounted smart TV for enjoying movies as a family.



    This home is situated close to the intersection of the 805 and 54 freeways, and is close to Downtown San Diego, plenty of dining and shopping, and the Sesame Place San Diego water park, and other San Diego attractions are only a short drive away! There are plenty of great casual dining places nearby, as well as a couple bars and breweries to enjoy a drink. The 5 freeway is only minutes away, and will take you into the heart of Downtown San Diego, as well as Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, and a further journey on the 5 will take you to Old Town San Diego and the various San Diego beaches!

    Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring pets with you and specify the number of pets. Please be aware that there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee is necessary to cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 10:00. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We want to make sure you know that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbing the neighbors, or exceeding the maximum number of guests. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated and guests will be made to leave if there are any violations of these terms. Your security deposited will NOT be refunded if you violate these terms.

Awesome backyard

We were 2 families that enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. Our favorite thing was the backyard. There was so much to do and it as a great space to relax after long days of sightseeing.

Quick and easy to get to all of the attractions. House was great for the family, a lot to do while hanging out. Only downside was we couldn't use the waterslide because it was too rough. Left scrapes on the kids. Otherwise this place was great and we would stay again

Nice backyard

Backyard was great. The pool and slide were nice. Had some issues with the hottub, but someone came and looked at it promptly. The games outside were great for the family. Bedrooms were adequate. We ran out of serving spoons for Thanksgiving dinner, but otherwise well stocked. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent/dish soap.

Perfect Getaway Home

This house was perfect for our group. 5 rooms with beds. Clean bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the outdoor activities were a bonus. It was nice to sit in the backyard by the fire pit and have coffee or a beer. House was very spacious and accommodated us nicely. My only suggestion would be ceiling fans for the rooms, but other than that, a perfect stay. I would absolutely love to come back again. – House is close to SD Downtown. Maybe a 15 drive. Easy access to the freeway and a Target + Mall is literally 3 min away.

Annual SD trip

Nice home with ample rooms, not the most charming of neighborhoods but is close to shopping centers/ food/gas. We had problems with getting the house to cool to below 75 despite the temps outside being about the same with minimal circulation in the bedrooms and converted garage bunk room. Outside area was fun for the kids, however there is an ABUNDANCE of spider activity present. We had issues with hot tub on day 4/7 and it was not remedied during our stay despite immediate conversations with host and a pool man who never showed. So that was Disappointing. The rock slide is fun however it does need to be refinished, all 5 of the kids have holes in board shorts/tattered swim bottoms by the end of day 2. Overall convenient location but an exterminator and annual AC check up could go a long way.

Great place with some concerns.

I'm giving this home 4 stars. Not a 5 because of these various issues: 1). The master bedroom with the large voltage ceilings off the kitchen had some mostly dying flying insects that we had to clean up. At first we thought they were ants but then we determined they were termites. They do not bite. We collected about 30 of them, again, mostly dead. Could not determine where they were coming from but after we cleaned up the 30 the first night/second day, we saw no more. The host was willing to come over and investigate so they were attentive. 2). Not many utensils (forks, spoons, etc). Or larger serving bowls. There's no way we could have done a Thanksgiving type meal with the kitchen supplies provided. Think simple meals here. 3). Areas of painted concrete in the pool area are very slick. One fall in our group. 4). The slide might rip your suit. They need to resurface it or something. One suit was torn. 5). Power washing is needed on the exterior. To remove the spider webs. The exterior needs to be cleaned better. Maybe a deep clean throughout. 6). The bath tubs are very slick and there is no $8 mat to help keep you from falling. We purchased two, used them, and then left one for one of the master bedrooms. 7). A lot of general wear and tear. So don't expect "well maintained". It's maintained at a minimum. 8). We were a group of ten and there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Bought extras and left them.

Great spot for a bunch of dudes but some simple things should be updated or touched up. Be careful on the water slide because the pool isn’t as deep as you’d think would be required for a water slide installed by a pool. Overall we were satisfied. Outside neighborhood was seasoned, but that’s not a controllable in most situations. Entire house shakes when one of the shower is on. Coffee pot didn’t work and they said they would instacart a new one but it never showed up
