Beachfront 3 bedrooms 2 bath house . Walk out into the sand🐬

Any closer to the beach and you will be floating in it! All amenities included – this luxurious beach house has everything you can possibly imagine. We are walking distance from everything and we are directly on the beach. Your own private cabana area with lounge chairs, you may also rent the upstairs each house if you have more people private hot tub, BBQ grill, full kitchen with all fixings, everything you need, so pack light! We have all baby amenities available! Just call and let us know what you need and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. One stay and this will be your home away from home! We have so many things to do here we can't name them all. Fishing, Snorkeling, Diving, Shelling, beach bars & clubs, Golfing... you name it, we're near it! We are walking distance from just about everything, located directly on the beach and are just 12 houses North of Doc's Beach House (restaurant, water sports, jet skiing, etc...)

Loved this location and property. So nice to truly walk right outside and be at the beach. Property had plenty of chairs and beach toys. Very pleased! My family and I gather each November to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the host, Cindy went above and beyond. She accommodated every need and even left a plant and a balloon for a surprise! Amazing personal touches in the property. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and plenty of seating in the living space. It was fun to go out on the paddle boards first thing in the morning when the gulf was calm. It was a relaxing vacation with plenty of things to do in the area.

Cindy was an amazing host, checked on us during the stay. Lots of amenities including paddle boards, boogie boards, kayaks etc on property, included in rental. Hot tub on the patio overlooking the beach. Had a great time with our kids!

The property and host were both wonderful. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. We were a bit disappointed the jacuzzi was no longer on the property but it was a lovely trip and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a really fun stay, the location of the Beachhouse couldn’t be any better, as soon as you step out of the door of the beach house you’re on the beach and on the sand. Check in and check out was very easy. We love the big windows with an amazing view of the beach.

It was great to be able to pack light with 6 people, but still have everything we needed to enjoy the beach because the property had it all. Location is the best and makes the vacation so easy as everyone can do what they want. Cynthia checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Cyndi was a great host! She was always available and proactively communicated about the property. The house was very clean and we enjoyed a beautiful week on the beach! There were lots of great amenities for enjoying the beach - including chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, floats, surf boards and kayaks. There was also a lot of great shade under the patio.

This propery has the most amazing views. You'll literally walk right onto the beach. The interior has recently been renovated due to the Hurricane of 2022, so all beds and linens are new. It has a very colorful motive and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. It's in a very quiet area.

First of all Cynthia the owner is fantastic The House is on the beach , with a jacuzzi . When u rent the first floor you Will have some shade It Is Marvellous to eat on the sand and see the sunset every evening 100 mèters away there is a beach restaurant

Beautiful place, literally right on sand in paradise! There is literally unlimited beach supplies as well (paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas etc). This was what my mom said just about everyday when we visited this darling VRBO right on the beach in Bonita Springs. We rented the bottom floor of this beachfront home which was perfect for the two of us. The decor is classic Florida with bright welcoming colors. The kitchen was recently updated. The space was just perfect. Cindy, our host, could not have been more accommodating and we are already planning our next trip. Cindy thought of everything and made our stay so special! Thank you Cindy for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Pros: 1. Impeccable location 2. Excellent host. 3. Fantastic amenities. Cons: 1. Inaccurate description on VRBO- it should state “1st floor of a private house”. 2. Some of the furniture can use a serious steaming. Overall a great experience!

This was for the downstairs of the house and while there are nicer properties out there, the amenities are what made the property spectacular. We were visiting friends and their kids came over during the day for the beach - you could not ask for more! Sandcastle equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, and closet full of life jackets. Beach umbrellas were a lifesaver! There is a ton of wildlife in the water, pods of dolphins in the morning and afternoon , sand dollars and fighting conch in the sandbar in the evening. The sunsets are spectacular. Great place for kids and easy access to Publix and dining. If sleeping in the master - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the road noise on the weekends. Beds were comfortable. Cindy the property manager is amazing!

My best friends and I have had girls' weekends for the past 15 years. We started looking at Bonita Beach this year, and as soon as we found this beach house, we knew it was perfect for us. We rented the bottom level and although we met the nice family upstairs, we had complete privacy. We spent every day at the beach (literally steps away from our back door) and every evening in the beautiful cabana with hot tub - right on the sand. Cynthia was amazing and it is obvious that she takes great pride in the house, as well as making sure her guests are well accommodated. We requested some additional anchors for the beach umbrellas and the next morning, they were at our front door, along with some other fun, beach toys. The house had every single thing we could have possibly needed and more, and the décor was super cute and beachy. We loved it here and would highly recommend it!
