New kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and full-size refrigerator, new sink and disposal. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and AC during your stay. The property includes a pool, hot tub, tiki huts with grills available for use by residents/renters. It is a 5-minute walk to Bonita Beach, Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jack's restaurant.

Perfect place for us in every way

The month of February flew by in this lovely condo that is walking distance to the beach- we hated to pack up and leave. Great pool and perfectly managed grounds. Friendly neighbors and comfortable accommodations. We wanted for nothing and enjoyed every minute. Thank you to the owners!!
