The space
The bedrooms are nicely sized and the house & yard have lots of places for your group to spread out, relax, and recreate. There's ample room for catching up on reading, sleeping, yoga, Netflix binges, etc. you can play board games & enjoy music at the bar while someone reading in the secret garden enjoys flowers, birds, and sweet shade under the palm trees.

Other things to note
We want you to enjoy yourself so thoroughly that you come back regularly! Great trips have minimal surprises, so with that in mind -

- We use two cameras (driveway and front door) to confirm guest arrivals and for general security.

- Sorry, no visitors beyond the guests in the original reservation...it's an insurance thing.

- Smoking: None. Anywhere on the property. Ever. We have a special voodoo doll for violators.

- Allergies: Our big dog lives here part time, but you’re not likely to notice. This is a working chef's kitchen, so potential allergens might exist there (nuts, etc).

- Hot tub and heat for pool: Free within reason…we might be persnickety if you run the hot tub all day for a week.

- This is a quiet area and neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm – 7am. It’s really private and kinda magical...please be considerate of our neighbors while you enjoy our space.

Perfect Retreat for Our Family

Great stay

Holly is an excellent host. We booked this property last minute and Holly was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Everything was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The pool area is great and where we spent most of our time. There are lots of tall tropical plants outside the screened in area, so the pool was shaded starting in the late afternoon. A huge plus after a hot morning in the sun at the beach!

Beautiful House in Bonita Springs!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bonita Springs. Holly and Kit provided everything we needed. The house was spotless and looked even better than it did in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with anything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed as well. I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this house. Thanks again Holly and Kit!!

Fabulous!

Beautiful house, and the pool and hot tub make you feel like you have your own personal oasis. The owners have thought of every amenity you can think of. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, very close to beaches, and lots of shopping/dining. I would give this 20 stars if I could. Already thinking of when we can return!

Wonderful house and location

Homeowners were a text or phone call away. Beds were very comfortable home was just as pictured. They provided great amenities for beaching. They do have a dog and my mother had bad allergies. But over all would definitely rent again.

Don’t think about it, just book it!

Holly was amazing throughout our entire stay. She was very responsive to questions and availability. The property is beautiful and very clean and well kept. We had our kids stay with us and it was spacious and comfortable. The house is within walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket. The beaches are beautiful and nothing is more than approximately 10-15 mins. By car. The pool was fantastic. The check in and out process was easy and fast. Thank you Holly we hope to stay with you in the future!

Great stay in Bonita Springs

Holly and Kit were great. The property was perfect and the pool was amazing. The house is very close to everything. It only took about 10 minutes or less to get to just about anything you would want to do.
