Unfortunately, we picked the week with the roofing project. The tear off of our unit, happened the week we were there. The property manager kept us informed of the project along the way. We just did not realize the workers would be there from 7am to 8pm nearly every night of our stay. We made the best of it. It is an updated, cute and cozy place; however, upon arrival, the cleaniness of the unit did not meet my expectations. When I brought my concern forward, the owner compensated me for my troubles, in a timely manner. I did appreciate the open communication between all parties. We love the Wild Pines community for there amenities and close proximity to so many restaurants and shopping options.

It was a modern and sleekly decorated condo. Community was beautiful, walkable and well maintained. The beach amenities such as cooler, umbrella, towels and beach chair were huge bonuses with the stay. Any issues were addressed with the property manager.

Easy to live-in, well-maintained unit with beautiful walking paths amongst flowers and ponds galore. Feel safe in this Bonita Bay Community , conveniently located to the beach and local restaurants. Relax on the screen-porch while enjoying the wonderful Florida weather. The Paradise management group makes your stay in this property one the most enjoyable adventures you'll have.

Wild Pines Getaway
We had a great 2 weeks at Wild Pines! The condo was very clean and all the storage was maximized for a 1 bedroom condo. Loved all the walking paths. Would highly recommend.

Great view, enjoyed the neighborhood and the pool. The condo was very dirty When the air conditioning turned on dirt fell from the vents, had to clean the refrigerator before we couldput our groceries in it
