Enjoy sitting on your private lanai and viewing the canal and tropical birds nesting in the mangrove trees. There is a dock if you have a boat. You can navigate up to a 25-foot boat in this canal. If you don't have a boat there is a canoe at the property for you to enjoy exploring the backwater canals and viewing the snook and manatee.

The home has been completely renovated in 2023. It is a duplex with an upstairs and a downstairs unit. Each unit is very private with its own entrance and private lanai. This listing is for the upstairs unit which is beautifully furnished and overlooking the canal. If you would like to view the downstairs unit it is listing number 374171. You will enjoy seeing all sorts of wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, ​and tropical birds. It is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a large screened-in, private lanai. The bedroom has a queen size and a twin-size bed. There is a fold-out couch in the living room with a memory foam queen-size mattress if you have any visitors. Fully equipped​ kitchen with granite countertops. A canoe is available for your use as well as a gas grill. The beach is 1 mile away which makes for a nice morning or sunset walk. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance of the home. If you are interested in fishing or renting a motorized boat there are places nearby that can fulfill all of your needs. There is everything you need so you feel like you are at home while you are vacationing in Florida. If you would like to read traveler reviews please go to listing 374171. There is a queen-sized bed and a twin in the bedroom and a queen-sized fold-out couch in the living room. You have several dining options - a breakfast bar for two or enjoy eating at a larger table for 6 inside or the outdoor lanai seating. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes you will need to make your stay comfortable. There is a smart TV for your enjoyment.

The yard is very large and sits next to a newly built mansion. There is a grill so you have plenty of room for a barbecue! There is a shared laundry room downstairs but everything else is private. Everyone that walks in says ''Agh, we would like to stay here''. I hope you will enjoy it too.

The duplex home is located 1 mile from the beach. Enjoy walking to the beach for breakfast at Docs or sunset cocktails. There are wave runner rentals and parasailing rentals there. On your walk or drive to the beach there are many restaurants, shops, and boat rentals for your enjoyment.

There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Two of my favorites are the Fish House Restaurant for casual waterfront dining and C-Level for upscale fine dining. The Corner Spot is also great for unique, casual dining. If you like steaks the Prime Steakhouse is right around the corner. Master Bait and Tackle and Winds Beach Supply Store. are also within walking distance for all of your fishing and beach needs. There are so many things within walking distance I'm sure you'll enjoy going for many evening strolls. It is a great neighborhood and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Just letting you know
The fridge runs non stop but it never gets cold. We put everything in the freezer but it wasn’t much colder than room temp. Had a lot of dog hair on the towels and rags but that wasn’t a big deal was just a surprise haha

Heating and cooling requires coordination with another property . Callous and delayed communication with owner/manager. Very poorly stocked; not even salt and pepper & no saucepan to cook with. The property was adjacent to a busy highway (separated by strip of trees)and narrow canal) and nearly behind a gas station being renovated. The whole look and feel of the place was low budget and not attractive …. Old and worn down. Walking to the beach sounded good- one mile - but that was down a very busy four lane road that had major traffic all times of day. Not the experience we were looking for.

We had a GREAT week in Bonita Springs! Condo is on a nice quiet street and only about a 1 mile walk to the beach! Very clean and comfortable and has everything you need! Enjoyed watching the sunsets every night and if you have a dog , make sure to visit Dog Beach! Our son will now be living down here so we will be back!! Thank you!!

Great home in a nice location!
I really enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, I was there on business and didn't get to enjoy the home as much as I would have liked to. The Florida Room was great to sit in and enjoy the breeze and the amenities were just right!

Great location and pretty view out back. All the appliances and AC worked great.
Loved the place and location. The only things that we were not pleased with is that there was zero inventory of cooking spices or oils ( not even salt or pepper) and the pots/pans were very worn/ scratched. Also, zero premium channels on the tvs. Not even netflix but not a big deal since I spent my downtime fishing out back and watching the sunset from the dock

Great location!
Easy access to everything Bonita Springs and Naples has to offer. Right on a canal, looked like maybe some catfish if you are into fishing. Wish we had more time to take the canoe out as everything was there for a nice time on the water.

What a beautiful little house. Clean, cozy and close to everything. Safe neighborhood with lovely neighbors. We took our boat and fell in love with the canals and the Gulf. We've already booked another week next year! Can't wait!

Wow! It was a GREAT getaway. The place looked and smelled clean. It was very welcoming!
The owner thought of everything. Whatever you needed, she had there. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to our friends and family. It was close to everything and very peaceful. My husband and boys REALLY enjoyed our stay. We were able to fish right from the backyard and even saw dolphins swimming in our backyard. We REALLY enjoyed it and will definitely be returning. This place was SUPERB!!!

Great Location
We loved the location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a huge lot next door. It’s within walking distance to restaurants, it’s an easy drive to some fantastic beaches. There are two bikes but one is so small I couldn’t ride it. (I’m 5’7’). There are birds, fish and even rabbits around the property. There’s a lovely view. BUT the bed was awful. It was so soft and bouncy, every time one of us rolled over the other moved and woke up. It needs a new bed!

Great stay again!
We had the chance to stay in the upstairs apartment this visit. Wonderful views of the canal and wildlife. Unfortunately, a lot of road construction around the corner at the intersection and a new home build on the next canal made it very loud to be outside.
