"O quarto é pequeno, decepcionante! Fiquei na suíte premium e foi péssimo. O chuveiro não saía água quente suficiente, espelho manchado, cama com o lado esquerdo quebrado e rangendo. Era uma ocasião especial (meu aniversário), minha esposa solicitou um carinho, um cartão, qualquer coisa para não passar em branco. Mas não fizeram nada!!! Primeira e única vez nesse hotel, não indico e quem me perguntar, faço questão de falar da minha decepção."
