This hotel was easy to find and stood out from the less developed areas of Bonito. It felt safe to be there and we felt safe around the hotel grounds. Rooms are a good size with everything you need. The shower does get very slippery when wet - sounds obvious, but the shower floor is tiled in exactly the same tiles as the shower walls, with no grip or slight roughness to them - I nearly slipped on first entering the shower on day one. A warning, or rubber matting of some sort would be beneficial.

Fim de ano em Bonito com a família

O quarto é muito bom, excelente limpeza, confortável. Ficamos na ala 400, portanto do estacionamento para o quarto tem um lance de escadas. O café da manhã é bom, o hotel é bem cuidado, fica próximo da rua principal (dá para ir andando para bons restaurantes e lojas).

O hotel é bem grande com bastantes quartos. Em razão da pandemia o café da manhã era com horário marcado. Atenderam um pedido especial de alimentação. A única coisa ruim que achei foi não ter ferro de passar roupa disponível, teria que pagar para alguém passar a roupa.

Fotos não condizem com o quarto fechado

Já fomos diversas vezes em Bonito e esta foi a primeira vez no Lucca. O hotel tem uma área de lazer pequena, mas aconchegante. Foi o único ponto que gostamos. Fechei um quarto standard e um "luxo" que de luxo não tinha nada. Na verdade nao conseguimos entender qual era a diferença do standard para esse luxo a não ser um painel de mdf na tv. A foto no site mostrava um quarto espaçoso, com sacada, enquanto que o que nos foi fornecido não tinha nem sequer um blackout de qualidade e muito menos uma sacada. O quarto ficou claro, e o ar condicionado não apagava a luz. Ou apagava a luz e o ar desligava, perguntamos na recepção e nos foi informado que aquele ar era assim mesmo, deveriam esclarecer isso nas observações, pq impossível dormir na claridade. Os atendentes da recepcao são cordiais porém novatos sem treinamento nenhum, não sabem dar informação ou resolver os problemas que apareceram. Com certeza voltaremos a Bonito, mas o Lucca não será uma opção.

Boa relação custo x benefício

Quarto adequado, bom café da manhã, ótima localização. Deixou um pouco a desejar na limpeza, houve dias em que a arrumação ocorreu após as 15:00 hs sem troca de toalhas de banho.

O hotel tem iluminação nos quartos, que se resume em uma luminária próximo as camas. A noite o quarto fica extremamente escuro, sem claridade... idosos por ex: teria dificuldade encontrar remédio, se ver no espelho etc. A cama de solteiro se assemelha uma cama infantil. Não possui tomadas de 20A. Resumindo: quarto escuro, cama pequena e tomada que não permite usar secador. Questionando a recepção, os funcionários não resolvem e faz piadinhas sobre a reclamação. Especialmente pq a reserva era 2 camas solteiros e 1 casal. Só que que faltava 1 cama de solteiro, indagamos o pq da falta de uma cama na reserva e do tamanha dela, o recepcionista invés de esclarecer, falou em tom deboche: tá faltando cama? E riu. Ora! Reserva era de um quarto quádruplo, pagamos por isso, embora estávamos em 2 pessoas. A reserva omite informações da cama, sendo que a de solteiro era bem pequena.

Necessita de alguns cuidados a mais

Quartos limpos, porém necessita ser melhor apresentado porque tem paredes sujas e cobertores velhos. Café da manhã muito bom, instalações um pouco antigas, mas que atendem a um hotel de classificação mediana. Bonito tem muitas atrações q nos mantiveram ocupados o dia todo, portanto o hotel serviu só para o descanso, que foi ok! Necessita de alguns cuidados a mais, como secador de cabelo, e etc. O atendimento e a receptividade foram ótimos! Parabéns
