Other than that, the room wasn’t cleaned, their new telephone system wasn’t working and toilet needed to be fixed. Five stars for Andrea’s P,, but only 2 for everything else."

"This hotel is unbelievable. Excellent in every way. The property is very luxurious and well deserving of their 5 stars. It is perfectly kept up, great amenities, unbeatable location, clean and well appointed. But what I was most impressed by was the staff. They were obviously hand picked and trained to maximize guest experience. In every interaction I was shocked by both their courteous nature and their professionalism. This hotel even has a decent gym which I find rare in Europe. It’s expensive but worth every penny for the unique experience. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Cologne. Thanks again for the wonderful stay. "
