The equipment was good, and I was happy that I had a room with bathtub (which was my special request). The room and bathroom area was clean in general, but it's a pity that the bed linen was not so clean- it was with some brown stain and had some smell... otherwise, it should be a comfortable stay.

wirn waren numehr zum 6. Mal in diesem Hotel. Beim 1. Mal hatten wir ein sehr gutes Zimmer. Aber hier werden die Zimmer gegenüber anderen Hotels immer schlechter wohl als Belohnung für Stammkunden. Das jetzige Zimmer im 5. Stok lag zur Straße ubd war sehr laut, obwohl uns ein ruhiges Zimmer zugesichert worden ist. Die Fenster sind undicht und der Straßenlärm dringt durch. Das zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt worden und sehr eng. Es waren uns Bademäntel zugesichert, die nicht vorhanden waren. Das Hotel macht den eindruck, dass es auf dem absteigenden Ast und bald schließen wird, wenn sich nicht sehr vieles ändert.

中央駅や街の中心に近く、クリスマスマーケットやハリボショップへの行き来がとても楽でした。利用はしていませんが、サウナとプールも併設されていました。

Ontzettend slechte service. Wij hebben hier van zaterdag op zondag geslapen. Wij wilden parkeren in de parkeergarage bij het hotel. Deze was vol, echter werd ons niet verteld dat we moesten opletten welke parkeergarage we dan moesten nemen. De parkeergarage doe we uiteindelijk hadden gekozen was dicht op zondag. Hier had het hotel ons makkelijk voor kunnen waarschuwen. Wij zijn toen genoodzaakt geweest om 1 extra nacht te boeken omdat wij niet bij onze auto konden. We hebben geen excuses gekregen, geen upgrade, helemaal niets. De receptie vrouw was chagerijnig en niet begripvol. In plaats van ons meteen te helpen, heeft ze ons 1 uur laten wachten op een hotelkamer.

I didn t like the carpet that was old and with some stains on it. Some furnishers in the room were dusty. But the staff is welcoming and offers good information. The breakfast is also nice. I also liked the fact that the hotel is in the middle of downtown city. Most of the facilities are just minutes away by walk.

In die Jahre gekommen und keinerlei Restauration

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möblierung sollte mal wieder etwas aufgearbeitet werden. Zudem hat sich die Bonner "Straßenszene" vom geschlossenen "Bonner Loch" neben das Hotel verlagert und macht sich nachts unüberhörbar bemerkbar und beeinflusst die früher gute Lage negativ. Schön wäre, wenn man im Hotel ein Glas zum Abend trinken könnte.

The hotel is in a great location with a lot of old property charm and character. It is presented here to be Centro Hotel but the actual sign reads a different name which came across to be as the first red flag. We got in town all beat up around 10am and check-in time was 2pm. I figured I will go and ask if we can check in a bit early. We had reserved three rooms. I checked back again around 12:30 and both times were told that we cannot check in before 2pm...I saw no special effort from the front desk to accommodate us....okay fine! The weather in Bonn while we were there was warm, however air conditioning in the rooms were not working. When I inquired about it, I was told that they had turned the heaters on in anticipation of cool weather and cooling systems are not in service and that I need to open windows if it is warm :-( Phones in the rooms were not working....the leather on the chair in our room was all peeling off....alll and all, the property appears to need more love and attention...good value but a bit disappointing.

Prima hotel vlakbij station

Kamer is prima uitgerust, had een eenpersoonskamer geboekt, maar kreeg 2 persoonskamer. Koffie en thee stonden in de hal klaar, maar het was niet duidelijk of je dit vrij kon gebruiken. Zwembad en sauna waren fijn om even te relaxen. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Fantastic location! Right in the middle of the city. Less than a block from the main train station and main university building. Bonn Munster and Munster Platz are only two blocks away. Pool and sauna available. Hospitable staff. Most spoke English, German, French and some other languages, so it is great for international travelers. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but very much worth it!
