The "Maria" apartment on the first floor offers 70 m² of space for up to 3 guests. Please note that the staircase is steeper and spiral, so extra care is needed. The apartment includes a living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric stove, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Sufficient crockery and cutlery are provided. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and radio. All windows are fitted with insect screens.

A parking space is available on the property. There is also a charging station (11kW, Type 2) for electric vehicles, which you can use for an additional fee.



Public transport is close by, with a bus stop directly opposite the house. With the S-Bahn lines S 12, S 19, and regional express 9, you can easily reach Cologne, Bonn, and Siegen. Bus schedules and information about activities and events are available in the apartment.

The apartment is located in Eitorf-Hove, about 6 km from Eitorf centre. The area around the Hüppelröttchen recreation area is perfect for cycling, hiking, and walks.
