Each bedroom has French doors that open to the sound of the river, leading to an outside patio with ample seating and great views of the river and mountainside. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub with walk-in closet. Grill out on the patio or pull up a chair to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the views of the Blackfoot River. Downstairs is a large family room to unwind in after a day of adventure, watch the Smart TV, or play boardgames.

Located just a few miles up Highway 200 from the historic mill town of Bonner, this home offers great access to outdoor adventures along the Blackfoot River and the Seeley/Swan valley. Our smart-locks offer a seamless check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to help in any way, and are happy to interact as much or as little the guest prefers. Be aware of seasonal changes. Although the driveway is maintained, winter driving conditions may apply.

This is a perfect spot to work remotely with high speed Starlink access. The barn, garage, and homestead are for owners storage use only. We do allow dogs with an extra non-refundable pet cleaning fee.
