This house also has a vehicle for rent if you need access to transportation. Kayaks are available for your use and enjoyment. Feel like a concert? 5 minutes away is the Kettlehouse Amphitheater playing your
favorite artists throughout the summer and fall. Want to spend a day hiking the M at the University of Montana? You are a quick 6 mile drive and you’re there! Or would you rather spend the day at Glacier National Park? Two hours away is the famous park. Seeley Lake is a quick 20 minute drive from this house.


With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
Fall: Watch the Big Horn Sheep walk down to the river behind the house. Ample public land for your hunting desires surround the house. Enjoy an evening in the hot tub while you watch your favorite teams on the outdoor TV. Sit by the river and make s’mores at the firepit while you lounge in the oversized chairs. Go watch a football or basketball game at the University of Montana and tailgate with the teams.

Spring and Summer
Tube/Paddleboard/Kayak down the Blackfoot or Clarke Fork River or spend your days fly fishing these Blue Ribbon Trout rivers for Rainbow and Brown Trout. With River access out your back door, you can throw a line into the water at your whim! Sit alongside the Clarke Fork river at Finn’s Restaurant while you watch the river roll by. Musical acts perform at Kettlehouse Amphitheater just 3 miles down the road from the house. This house has kayaks available for you to drift the river while enjoying the pristine mountain air and surroundings.


Winter: Perfect for Snowmobiles. This house features a large driveway to park your machines and vehicles after a day of adventures at Seely Lake. Unwind in the hot tub or enjoy entertaining in the Chef’s kitchen and overstuffed couches. Cross country or downhill skiing at Snowbowl that receives over 300 inches of snow a year and has 37 trails ready made for you is 20 minutes from downtown Missoula.
