"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "We had a very pleasant stay at L’Impérial Palace Annecy. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time there. We were touched by the room upgrade and the thoughtful welcome of a bottle of champagne and a cake prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture. The only downside was the leisure facilities. The gym is quite small, and the swimming pool is also a little limited in size, which can make it feel crowded at busy times. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we would happily return."

"This property was a surprise for an airport hotel. Starting with the airport shuttle both to and from GVA, the helpful staff, and the on site restaurant/bar with long hours. The room was thoughtfully planned and was soundproof. We did not hear any air traffic indoors despite it being loud outdoors."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, a variety to suit different tastes. The location of the hotel is proximal to busstops, a park and there is a regular shuttle to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Geneva."

"Very nice hotel. Public areas are very well maintained and you can grab a drink or a bite at any time of the day / night. Check-in was very smooth and quick and staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is just wonderful - with such a great variety of foods and high quality. Just a couple of notes: room layout with sink in bathroom could be revisited and the rooms have limited storage for clothes and no minibar / slippers / bathrobes. Other than that, lovely stay in the heart of Geneva! Thank you!"
