"Good location for visiting surrounding area. Accommodation adequate for 2 people but for 4 a bit of a squeeze. Stairs to bedroom quite steep with small landing and light switch behind door. As bathroom was on ground floor we found it easier to sleep downstairs. As owner did not speak any English we feel more information about the local area, doctors, chemists,shops etc would have been useful. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"A very enjoyable holiday. The gite was well equipped and comfortable. There was a pool on site, but due to weather conditions we didn’t manage to use it, although it looked very clean and inviting. Olivier and Edmonde were very welcoming and although they lived on site and were there if we needed them, otherwise didn’t bother us. It was a good location to explore the many pretty villages of the Luberon and further afield. Too much for us to do in one week."

"This is a very nice house, run by very nice people. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It appears to be recently painted or otherwise kept very clean. Opening the shutters in the bedroom when you arise is itself an inspiration. One has a magnificent view of the town of Bedoin and the surrounding mountains. Our small dog loved the large back yard. Hung about the house are beautiful pictures of the area painted by the owner herself. The owners, by the way, are available to help, but are not...

"We had a great stay. Host was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean, welcoming and had everything we needed for a week's stay including dishwasher and washing machine (although, the addition of a kettle would be really useful for the British tea-lovers!). A peaceful location with fantastic views of Mont Ventoux, the shaded garden would be perfect in the summer. Parking is right next to the property and its just a short drive/cycle (around 2km) from Bedoin."

"This property is in the foothills of Mount Ventoux. The views from the house are amazing. Each morning a short drive to the boulangerie In Bedoin and then sit outside the property looking down at the world going by with a coffee, fresh baguette, Comte cheese and a beef tomato you could not be anywhere better in the world. In the evening cooking outside with a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. The property had everything you need. I read in one of the reviews that they should have supplied...

"This is an excellent place to stay, very conveniently situated and in a quiet residential area. We are a couple and we’re lucky enough to have two weeks here. The house is exceptionally clean appliances that all looked new and it is very well equipped. We self catered every night and had everything we needed. There was lots of private outdoor space, comfy chairs and sun loungers. The area is beautiful, so much to see and do all within short distances. We could have easily stayed for longer....

"Netter Empfang, etwas schwierig, da wir kein französisch sprechen...aber hat geklappt. Im Pool gibt es Verhaltensregeln, die zu beachten sind, wie reinspringen mit "Bombe"...das Wasser war ziemlich frisch für Ende August, um die 21 Grad. Küche hat alles und noch mehr... Die Betten schliefen sich super. Es ist sehr sehr ruhig dort... wundervoll. Uns ist Geschirr zerbrochen, war kein Problem. Ich hatte nen Reifen der recht wenig Luft hatte...hat der Vermieter gleich seinen Kompressor...

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Montjustin. Gisele is the perfect host - friendly and welcoming, available if needed. Nature is very much on the doorstep - animals, birds, insects and flowers, surrounded by lovely countryside, which was easy to explore from the house. Great views from the swimming pool.
