Set around a pebble-paved “calade”, it benefits from numerous terraces enjoying views of the surrounding countryside as well as a heated 14 x 6 metre swimming pool with a motorized shutter set apart near a boules pitch.
It includes a spacious air-conditioned living/reception room with a fireplace and a study area, a spacious dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen with dining facilities opening onto two terraces (one covered, and one with a sun shelter).
Benefiting from privacy, the 7 bedrooms are as follows:
Ground floor: an air-conditioned suite with a little sitting room (a possible spare bed for a child), and a bathroom. A second air-conditioned suite with a shower room.
1st floor: four air-conditioned double bedrooms with bath or shower rooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
