"Nice sized room for family of 4 (or 5 if required). Lots of outdoor concrete stair stairs made luggage suitcases to the room more difficult but plenty of room for all our gear. Bathroom was a good size, but has no fan so moisture build up was an slight issue. We weren’t given clear instructions on how to check in so with a little walking around and questions with the security guys outside I was guided to bistro/bar area. "You can hear alot of outside noise in the room. There's close car parking and it's a good location. It has dispensers in the bathroom for hygiene products, the remotes are wrapped in gladwrap and they provide plastic and paper cups which wouldn't be very environmentally friendly. There's a sign in bathroom for you to have a short shower but other than that it was okay for somewhere to sleep the night."

"Lounge had spider webs on it, ants everywhere. AC didn’t blow cool air was a very hot weekend. TV upstairs didn’t work, no screens on windows upstairs. filthy light fitting, AC was black with dust. We checked out next day. Had to find a hotel. Very costly weekend. I’m still waiting on compensation Booked in Feb now mid April. Elders agency do not answer my emails or return my calls."
