"My aircondition was working. My room's walls were very dirty but I was in the cheaper room. When the walls are dirty it makes you wonder if the bedding is clean too, however it smelled okay and looked okay. I think next time I will not go to the Junior room and see how the bigger rooms are."

And that we have to pay him cash or Mobile Money. He would not open the gate befor we paid in addition to hotels.com with credit card. Customer service of hotels.com is poor
