"The privately owned restaurant, where breakfast was served, cut off the daily dinner specials, because the hotel was sold out. I feel this to be very unprofessional."

"The rooms were clean,staffs were nice and accommodating, Breakfast was good. It is a nice place to stay for the short period and love the fact that it was close to my school. The only downside is the WiFi did not have good signal in the room I stayed in. I would have given them a full 5 star."

"There were a lot of food choices very close to the hotel. The hotel also had a free breakfast as well as an evening meal. The Florence Mall was close, it had some decent stores but unfortunately it appears to have fallen on some hard times as there were a number of vacant properties in the mall. The staff were extremely helpful, when we checked in the desk attendant provide information on everything available in the hotel without prompting. I found that helpful. We were passing through and only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend it. We would stay again without question."

"Had an amazing stay at 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati. This hotel is truly unique, it feels like you’re staying inside a contemporary art gallery while still having all the comforts of a boutique hotel. The artwork throughout the property makes the experience memorable, and the location downtown is perfect for exploring Cincinnati. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Would highly recommend 21c to anyone looking for a hotel that feels different from the typical stay. I’ll definitely be back."
