Executive 6th floor apartment in downtown Boone.

Enter this historic 115 year old building in downtown and make your way through the semi-secured door to the elevator and ride it to the top of the building. This unit is a good sized one bedroom apartment with upgraded finishes, furnishings and a view of the entire downtown area.

While you can park on the street in front of our building, overnight parking on downtown streets is prohibited by the city. There are two free, well-lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Nice functioneel stay in Boone

Nice apartment with all you need. It is a quiet apartment. For my stay it was fine. Although I Woukd have liked to sit outside somewhere with the nice weather. But a 30 minute drive away there is a lake with a nice little beach.

Clean, comfortable, affordable.

This property was clean, had everything we could need and everyone was friendly . Dee was there when we arrived to make sure we didn't need anything. Her crew was available and she answered the 1 phone call we made immediately. The place was quiet and secure.
