Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room. There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature. The breakfast was very well stocked and clean.
