Description: Discover the epitome of luxury living in this Echota townhome, boasting 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The main floor welcomes you with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, an expansive dining room featuring a large table, and a living room adorned with a beautiful gas log fireplace. The strategically placed windows provide breathtaking views of the mountain scenery. The primary bedroom on this level offers a king-sized bed and an attached primary bathroom complete with a large whirlpool tub for utmost relaxation.

Ascending upstairs reveals two more bedrooms, one featuring a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. An additional bathroom on this floor adds convenience to the living spaces. Downstairs, another living room space awaits, equipped with a TV for entertainment, along with a bathroom and a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. A TV is also thoughtfully placed in the main floor's primary bedroom.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

The location and view of Grandfather Mountain was lovely. Easy drive to multiple attractions and stores. The kids enjoyed the pools. Kitchen appliances were nice and new.

This is a duplex but parking is very tight. Thankfully no one was staying on the A side during our time, but if there was then parking would have been a nightmare. Needs lighting in the driveway and sidewalk to front door. Other than this at arrival most everything was great.

The Trip With Access To Everything

This property is an underrated gem! Its location provided easy access to local activities, including Beech Mountain, and daily indoor swimming for the kids after being out in the cold! In addition, the property management staff was also highly responsive and could address the wifi issue within minutes of my reaching out. We are happy to report that this vacation stay with Foscoe rentals has set the bar for our future mountain vacations in that area.

Great location

The house is old and has not been remodeled. The cabinets show the age of the property. Cute space. Fireplace does not work, which was a let down. Could have used some blankets or throws for the living room. The TV is crazy old, and the one in the bedroom with the twin beds was broken. Internet was not consistent.

Fantastic Mountain House

My friends and I LOVED our stay at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious and has a great view from the multiple decks/porches of the mountains. Parking was the only potentially challenging thing as the property is limited to 2 cars onsite and we had a good amount of gear to load/unload, but it still wasn't that bad. We would LOVE to stay here again next year!

Beautiful Property

Everything was as described and super clean! Plenty of room for our 3 generations of family. Kids had a blast at the indoor pool - hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor facilities!

Pre Christmas getaway.

This getaway was planned to bring together my boyfriends son and daughter with my son to celebrate Christmas. This was a spacious, clean and perfect property for Christmas. The views were beautiful with a lot to do in the area. Our adult children enjoyed our trip and are looking forward to doing a trip together again.

Even better than I thought....

We've stayed in a few different areas of the Boone/Blowing Rock/West Jefferson area and I would hands-down come back here for our next visit! This location is central to everything, the property was gorgeous, and super-family friendly!

Great location

This places was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping, view, easy access to everything, layout and amenities it offered for the price was great. My only complaints are the beds are super firm and while trying to enjoy the back deck you can hear cars by. So if you can look past those two things it’s great.

Beautiful view in comfort

Perfect view of Grandfather mountain from the balconies! The fireplaces warming us from the first cold temps of the season were just perfect. Would definitely recommend. Everything was better than imagined from the description.

Great place, very clean, spacious, well appointed and perfect location. My only teensy complaint is the spotty WiFi. Would not have mattered but I ended up having to do work. If router got moved upstairs it may work better.
