"AC worked great"

"This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. "

"Check-in with Rose was easy and pleasant. The room A/C worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. The television had many channels from which to choose. It was quiet, yet close to many Ft. Smith restaurants. Recommended."

"I stay there quite often. I'm always trying to be clean friendly staff and even an early check-in the only thing is stay was advertise a pool and they advertise a breakfast which neither they have so I was kind of disappointed about that but other than that I think the price is a little too high for the condition of a two-star property but the staff makes it worth it"
