Featuring beautiful hardwood floors and attractive decor throughout, The Red House is a perfect place from which to explore the harbor. An old-fashioned front porch welcomes you while the private back deck with gas grill and dining area is a great place to enjoy some privacy.

Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen, welcoming dining room, spacious living room, and a completely renovated full bath. Upstairs are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and another updated full bath. Please note that two bedrooms feature window AC units. A new larger hot water heater was added to accommodate 8 guests.

The backyard has a deck with tables and chairs for a more private space.

Guests have access to the whole house. Coffee maker is a hard filter drip coffee maker.

We will meet you to give you a quick tour and transfer the keys. We are available to you 24/7 during your stay.

It`s a quick walk to town and also to some yummy restaurants. The house is on a busy road but people love sitting on the front porch watching all the action.

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
