This place is really nice!! Everyone was super welcoming and kind. My hotel room was superb, always clean. I love how close it is to D-mall, and they had a lot of options for food and activities. I would 100% come back here next time!

Amazing experience with wonderful staff specially after traveling more than 30 hrs from the US, the staff did their best to check us in early which was priceless. Mary Rose and Lyle were amazing and very helpful. I’m sure all the beach front hotels have friendly staff but for me and my family we will always choose Mandarin Island hotel

Friendly and very accommodating staffs. They greet you with a smile every time they see you, and response quickly to services. Room is clean with hair dryer, lotions, razors, soaps, shower hairnets, robes, slippers, umbrellas, bags, electric water heater for coffee and teas provided, 2 bottles of refillable water, mini refrigerator conceals in a cabinet. Excellent breakfast with daily varieties.

This was a vacation that my wife and I needed. The Don Leon suite was awesome. We certainly enjoyed the private dip pool and view from roof top deck. Thank you for not blocking the view of the beach and ocean, like what the other hotel did. Israel one of the staff member was wonderful. He assisted us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located in Station 2 by the beach, close to shops, restaurants and water activities. Courteous and responsive staff to all our needs. We walked around and checked out other hotels and evening entertainment but ended up right back at the hotel. This is now our go to hotel every time we come to Boracay. We met the GM, Lily, who was very nice and asked us for any feedback on how to improve things. We were honest and told her about the noise from the guests above us on our last night. She was apologetic and said the party was suppose to end at 11pm. That was the only spoiler. Otherwise, everything was great!

We arrived at the airport on Monday morning, and the hotel van was waiting for us. Overall very efficient service, and would recommend paying the little extra to have the airport pickup. They take care of all fees, you don’t need to haggle and search for drives. We had the drive to the bay, where a hotel boat picked us up and took us to the island, where another hotel van was waiting. This was door to door service. The staff were top notch the entire way. The same was true for the return trip back as well. Now at the Hotel, we were greeted by even more incredibly friendly staff, with cool wet clothes, and a very delicious pineapple drink. Even though we were early, they let us store our luggage on sight while we walked around the beautiful white powder sand beach. Check in was at 2pm, we arrived around 930. We were early to say the least. We decided to take a snooze on the beach and received a call at 11 saying the room was ready! Excellent! They brought our luggage up to the room and gave us a tour. The room had one of the best beach views in the building. Besides the Uber expensive rooms of course. We had a top floor with two balconies. The views and atmosphere were excellent. There is live music through the day and night. These guys (and gals) are very talented! You know they are good when you have people singing along! Would I go back to this place? YES I would, but I would want the same room if possible. Would I recommend this place? Most definitely. It has the prefect

This hotel is very cozy...it not too big nor too small which give you the feeling of intimacy with the place, we had the balcony pool view which was good for relaxing on your downtime.Room were spacious, spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfy that we could slept all day and night. Bathroom were full of small goodies from toothbrush to vanity kit, shaving kit, shampoo and body wash. The restaurant serves a fabulous breakfast for little amount of money to add on your booking I thought it's worth it...they have all kinds of breakfast food to choose, from continental to filipino food..it's superb. You have the choice to go on the beach or swimming pool, it is a beach front and pool is in the middle of of the hotel both were super clean. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and the food were amazing, live music is on in the evening..I will not forget to mention the most lovely staff...all speaks billingual language..very respectfull, attentive and thats down from the cleaner to the top personnel. The place were very safe..there were security day and night. For a very fussy customer like.me who always wanted comfort, and money value ...this place is 5* out of 5...It is highly recommended.

The room was very clean and big, we were given a 3 -bedroom unit which worked well for a family of 4. We looked forward to the free buffet style breakfast everyday. There were so many choices and offered different menu daily. They were delicious. It is a beach front hotel and close proximity to the shopping mall and other restaurants. Excellent service drom all staff, but I want to mention Jane from the reception, she was the one who assisted with our check in and it went very smoothly. Also, Sir Israel and Ms. Dalian from Don Vito's restaurant. Excellent service for all our daily breakfast experience. Highly recommneded.
