The room is very nice and clean. The area is walkable to all shopping area like D’Mall. All employees I have met is very friendly and accommodating. I made a great decision to request for a pick up from the Airport to the Hotel and back to the Airport. The service is really great. If coming back to this place, I would chose them again.

This hotel is extremely convenient since it is close to the beach and most stores. My only comment is that they should at least cover the hotels making it more private. My initial room cannot have the windows open since the houses across can see you.

This is our 3rd stay. The staff hands down are very good! The waiting staff John and Marge are the best! Cristina is great at the front desk! However, facility needs a bit of focus. Bathrooms were ok but I’ve seen better cleanliness. The beach was great but the vendors constantly selling to you was a bit annoying.

Our first visit was in 2017 and we were satisfied with the service/hotel. We decided to come back and give it another try this past December 2023. This time around we were much happier with the hotel/service, seemed like they did some updates to the facility; cleaner and more amenities. The only issue I had was right outside the hotel were people coming up to you left and right trying to sell everything. This is not the hotels fault at all; we chose to stay in that area so that’s what you have to deal with, other than that, the hotel was affordable, clean, and you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast, that was delicious every morning. There was no shower door on the room I was given. The water all over the bathroom floor and there was some safety issue that it was slippery with a wet bathroom floor. The soap and shampoo receptacle was missing at the shower stall other than that, it was excellent. The staff was extremely nice even the security guard was very helpful.The entertainment during dinner needs a little more livelier. The breakfast servers needs to be more keen on refilling the dish containers if it is almost empty. For the the price what guest pays for the breakfast buffet, they need to up the ante on the food. The ice tea was too sweet. The convenience of being by the beachfront was so great. The place could easily solve the minor problems.

This was my third visit within 7 years at Le Soleil Boracay. The first 2 times was perfect, this time, the rooms (we booked 3 rooms) were musty and the restrooms smelled of urine, even after housekeeping- maybe it’s time for a renovation. Overall, staff was pleasant and you can’t beat the complimentary daily breakfast.

This is not a 4 star hotel, poorly maintained, rooms very outdated, nothing like the photos, pool, chairs and surrounds in need of upgrade, staff unfriendly, breakfast average only catering to Asian travelers. The only redeeming thing is the location where you walk out directly onto the sand of the magnificent White Beach.

Was a nice experience in the hotel, the staff of the swimming pool was friendly and helpful. and when I led the hotel , gave to me a bracelet with my name and the name of the hotel! Was amazing. 100% recommended

ロケーションは抜群でビーチは目の前、Dmallも徒歩1分です。ただホテルのシャワーの出が悪く天井固定式しかないため正直洗った気がしませんでした。壁などは老朽化が進んでいて所々塗装が剥がれたりしていたが許容内。 朝ごはんはメニューが少なく子供が食べられるものが無かったので2日目から外に食べに出かけてました。 ロケーションの割には部屋は静かで寝心地は良かったのでこれらを改善してもらえればもう一度行きたいです。
