"A área externa do hotel é bem agradável piscina está limpa, porém a estrutura deixa muito a desejar, prédio necessitando de muita manutenção, quartos sujos, banheiro sujo, porta do banheiro cheia de umidade, roupa de cama velha, travesseiros horríveis. Café da manhã com aparência péssima, iogurte vencido, presunto escuro, abacaxi estava marrom. Nenhum funcionario no restaurante durante o café da manhã. "

"Don’t look any further if you are staying in the Jau area this hotel is the best, new, clean, extremely friendly employees it made my business trip to Jau perfect. Has a nice patio and pool area to enjoy a beer or glass of wine while distressing from the days activities. Stay here you will NOT be disappointed."

"A piscina estava suja, se precisasse de toalhas e de papel higiênico tinha que pedir durante o dia pois à noite está tudo trancado. O chuveiro saia pouca água quente. A porta do quarto fazia barulho tipo rangendo. Tinha uma porta trancada. Forneceram apenas 1 sabonete pequeníssimo. O estacionamento era do outro lado da rua com cheiro forte de cachorro.
