"We booked Hotel Boite largely because of the spa, which is prominently featured throughout the hotel’s photos and booking page. This was very misleading. The spa is not part of the hotel—it’s a 10-minute walk or short drive away. After a long hike, we wasted time searching for the sauna before the front desk told us it was at a separate facility. To compensate, they gave us one free hour at the spa but failed to mention towels were not provided. We were told to either rent towels for €5 each or...

"Nice place looks like a resort mansion. Easy to get to. Rooms are clean. Showers work good. It’s a 100 year old place."

"Unbelievable hotel. The property was unique and had everything we needed..gym (small, but efficient), bar and restaurant) it was also central to our excursions as we did many hikes in the region. There were a lot of bikers staying so I assume it was great terrain for them as well. If you’re staying in the Dolomites, I would highly recommend this place. Shout out to Armand who took care of us at the bar!"

"I think it all has to do with expectations. I think the main problem was it just lacked basic hotel items. No water kettle, no rubbish bin in the room, you had to pay for a coffee or tea yet there was no way to get any - same with water, luckily you can just drink the tap water. I think overall it would be a 5/5 if the hotel was rated 3 stars and was about 100 euros less a night"

"Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. "
