Next to the owners’ residence, this spacious, fully renovated detached house features a large enclosed 3,000 m² garden with beautiful views of the vines. Enjoy a large covered terrace with built-in barbecue and a pétanque court—perfect for relaxing with friends or family.



Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with dining area and lounge, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (three with 160x200 cm beds and two with 90x200 cm beds), two of which have private bathrooms, a large independent bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, two separate toilets, and a laundry room next to the kitchen.
