The hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was also around the corner from transportation, which we used to get to Saint-Emilion, and to and from the train station. As well, the hotel is perfectly situated for restaurants, shops and sites.

This hotel was such a great spot to stay in Bordeaux. It was well situated, we were able to easily walk everywhere. Opera house, great restaurants and shopping all within a few minutes walk. The rooms while small, were well laid out, very comfortable, and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast as well.

Absolute best location! Literally a one minute walk to the tram hub and opera house. Very quiet hotel which suited us just fine for this trip. Our room was huge with three large windows which opened to allow air flow. The hotel was very clean. One thing that we did not like was you could not get a coffee from the machine during the breakfast hours unless you were eating breakfast (and yes, they had coffee in your room but no milk) not the end of the world but kind of silly really. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
