The hotel is modern and clean; our room was generous in size with a comfortable king-size bed. It is located within an easy walk (even with roller-luggage) of the St Jean rail station. However, it is absurdly difficult to identify the hotel when driving a car whose navigation system has the address. Better to park at the railway station and call the hotel desk for help.

Good stay and a good location, especially for the close by train station. There is also a tram stop close that serves many great locations in Bordeaux. One issue that we had and seems to be somewhat common, is our room AC never worked as well as expected. We had to get a fan to help from the hotel. Besides that issue would recommend this hotel.

Poor cleaning. Bedbugs. This was definitely the worst. Very loud, both from people and trafic. It made opening the windows not an option really. Limitied shops, but good transport options to the city center and other places. Service was good from some and poor from others. Expected more.

The facility and staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff was very helpful. The facility is very close to a tram stop which provides great access to shopping and restaurants as well as the Cite du Vin, a great experience.

Bordeaux Wine Trip

All was good except for the fire alarm going off at 3 AM and then 9PM due to someone smoking in their room. Very clean and close to the train station. Definitely would recommend.
