Every summer, we were going to Bordeaux for two weeks, and stayed at this hotel. We always reserved and paid our hotels in spring. We did the same things this year too, but when we arrived, we were surprised. This year, they change the cleaning policy, and we don’t like it. First we stayed for 5 nights, They didn’t clean the room and didn’t change the towels, they just got of trash. When I asked the reception, they told if you want this services, they are charging money! 10 days after we stayed for 7 nights again, they cleaned and changed towels and bed sheets after 4 days.

Bon hôtel situé au centre ville de Talence à 2 pas des halles de Talence un superbe endroit à visiter. Proche d'un arrêt de tram qui vous mène au centre de Bordeaux directement.

Chambre confortable, spacieuse et propre. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Hôtel bien situé Il ne dispose pas d'un parking privatif, mais des places de stationnement sont disponibles dans la rue. Elles sont généralement payantes, mais pas à la période où nous y avons séjourné (fin juillet).

La déco hélas est d'une tristesse !!! gris noir blanc....j'avais l'impression d'ètre dans un espace Leroy Merlin !!! Pas Ikéa, car il y a de la couleur...Tinéo la grisaille. Impossible de dormir la fenètre ouverte Becauz'avenue... Et l'accueil, froid, austère, ficelé au style de la chambre gris noir blanc. je plais ces gens vivant sans couleurs ! Le coeur en retrait.

Très bruyant à cause du tram

Cette résidence hotelière aurait tout pour être agréable , mais malheureusement ma chambre donnait sur la rue principale de Talence , avec vue sur les lignes de tram , et aussi avec bruit dû aux passages très fréquents des trams .Autant dire que les nuits sont courtes...
