Splendid apartment on the hills of Bordighera with garden and sea view, just a few minutes from the beaches.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, has been recently renovated. The bright open plan living area is furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both featuring a queen-size, one with a bunk bed too. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The highlight of this apartment is the large garden with ornamental plants where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the sea, the hills and the Prealps. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a table and barbecue.

Bordighera, also known as "The Pearl of the Riviera' is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or for a long stay at any time of the year, thanks to its mild climate. This town is nestled between the famous city of Sanremo and the French Riviera. From here you can enjoy the sea and the beach, visit the Principality of Monaco, the nearby French cities of Menton but also visit the charming “borghi” of the Ligurian hinterland. The main points of interest of the town are the church of Sant'Ampelio, southernmost point of Liguria, the old town, in the highest point of the city characterized by medieval walls and alleys. Bordighera is enriched by splendid Art Nouveau architecture, villas and gardens such as Villa Etelinda, Villa Garnier, Villa Margherita and the exotic Pallanca Garden. Finally, do not leave without a tasting of the typical dishes based on fresh fish and a glass of Rossese di Dolceacqua.

Nous avons séjourné en octobre 2023. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons communiqué, en Français aussi, via what's app avec l'équipe sur place qui est aimable et a été réactive à nos demandes. Nous avons pu venir avec notre chien qui a bénéficié du jardin, car il n'y avait personne dans l'appartement du dessus lors de notre séjour. Une remarque quand même, l 'appartement se situe sur une route très passante.
